Initially good service and so far seems to be ok quality however we have two windows that can’t be opened. I submitted a warranty claim over a year ago and despite multiple follow ups they still aren’t fixed. It’s always a different excuse from them. I doubt they’ll ever get fixed at this point without a lawyer so their “lifetime warranty” is useless.

They claim they offer a lifetime warranty but god help you if you ever have an issue. A couple of our windows didn’t open easily when they were installed and only got worse with time. I put in a warranty claim in May 2023, still waiting 8 months later. Every time I contact them there’s a different excuse or they ignore you. I assumed they were busy in the summer but thought at least when fall came they would get to it. I have been working with Richard and Kehl windows for many of my renovation projects over the years. Very happy with the quality of the product and service that Kehl Windows provides. Pricing was also very reasonable and I like that it is a local manufacturer. They were able to accommodate my renovation timeline which allowed me to stay on track to complete everything on time. I look forward to working with Kehl Windows for my future renovation projects.

Very impressed with the overall process from quote to install of buying windows from Kehl. Rick and Chris, the installers, were professional. Jules came back to make sure the windows were working properly and to explain the guarantee. Overall, great customer service and windows.
