I’ve ordered many sets of windows from this company. They’re definitely not cheapest but you pay for what you get. Never had a bad experience thank you Richard and your team for always doing your best.!
This company does not warranty their products and will not return phone calls . All I want is service. What is the problem
As a customer of Kehl windows for three years. First time I need service he doesn’t answer texts or phones calls. This window he provided needs service because the sash is falling out of the frame when you try and open it. No guidance on how to fix and not parts available. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
Initially good service and so far seems to be ok quality however we have two windows that can’t be opened. I submitted a warranty claim over a year ago and despite multiple follow ups they still aren’t fixed. It’s always a different excuse from them. I doubt they’ll ever get fixed at this point without a lawyer so their “lifetime warranty” is useless.
