The jury is still out on this one but it's not looking good. I'm having a major issues with the overall service at kagels...from the service manager to Tom Davis, the GENERAL MANAGER... Kagels is clearly liable as they dropped my bike on 11/06/2020, while unloading it from their pickup truck while delivering it to another Harley Davidson Service department - the incident was even caught on video. Yet he's trying to avoid accountability and is refusing to cover the cost of the repairs and is insisting that I USE MY OWN INSURA... read more

This Harley-Davidson has some of the kindest most amazing employees. I’ve never been to a Harley-Davidson with such great hospitality.. all the other Harley-Davidson need to take master notes. Especially the one in West Fort Worth off 820/ Camp Bowie.
