I encountered some difficulties regarding my daughter's referral. After persistently calling for three days, Miss Sheily Wild finally answered my call. She was incredibly helpful and made numerous calls to ensure my daughter received the appropriate assistance. I am deeply grateful for this wonderful woman.
This place sucks but it doesn’t matter bc you still have to go here
I was a patient here in the ER and all of the staff was well knowledgeable and kind. I was in and out within 4 hours (really quick for what I needed) and able to walk around and drive. I was nervous but they explained each step and were very open with me about what my procedure entailed and the care for afterwards. The ER is open 24/7.
My daughter was inpatient here and I cannot say enough about that 4D team. The treatment, care and hospitality was above and beyond. My daughter's stay went through the Memorial Day Holiday and these people volunteered to come in on their day off to do the research, labs, testing and scans, etc. They went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with her and fix it.
