Picayune Location (only) has terrible wait times in the teller lines and the drive thru line. Drive thru: 2-3 lanes that stay open and full of customers with one teller working them. 20+ minute wait almost every visit. Inside teller line: Multiple tellers open but not all of them dealing with the 20+ customers waiting. I try to use online banking as much as possible to avoid coming to this branch. Unfortunately, I have to visit at least once every 2 weeks and its a bad experience ever since the new location was open.
I love kfcu, but the lady on the customer service side screwed up my ability to access anything! She totally messed things up for me while I'm in the middle of moving. Thanks a lot ugh

I have never had a bad experience with any finanacial institution until now. Our account was compromised someone stole 1250. When we realized what happened we called Keesler they emailed a form to Orlando. We filled it out and faxed it back when we got home a week later we find that the form they sent us was the wrong one. We speak to the rudest kfcu employee I have ever encountered a lady in member services. A few days later i take the correct form to the Stennis Branch I call today the form has not been recieved.
