Had an issue over the holiday weekend with my card, contacted them on Sunday via Facebook to let them know my issue and received a call within an hour stating they where sending someone in to resolve my problem. Very impressed by the way they handled my issue

Withdrew $500 at the atm Wednesday. It only gave me $460. Went inside to get my money back. Spent about 45 minutes in there. The lady apologized and said it should be in my account tomorrow (Thursday) morning. Checked my account Thursday night. Still not there. Went in this morning. Wasted another hour of my life to hear a different lady say that the atm balanced out and there was nothing they could do. Way to go Keesler. You stole $40 from a college kid working a part time job then wasted almost 2 hours of his time.
