This was the worst loan experience of my life. April Merkle was horrible. Did not return calls or emails. Just a bad experience. I gave up after 30 days of receiving the worst customer service. She really should be terminated. Obviously from other reviews I have read after my bad experience management don't care. Don't waste your time trying to get a loan through them.

I've been with Keesler for 50 years since graduating Biloxi High School. Great service, customer care and rates. Thank you Keesler!
