had a really disappointing experience with this auto repair shop. My trunk lock was broken, and I already knew it — it wouldn’t close at all. I went to them to get it fixed, and they quoted me $500 for a lock that costs $20. On top of that, they charged me $20 just for looking at it, even though I told them upfront that the lock was broken and the trunk wouldn’t shut. This felt like a total rip-off. Be careful before trusting them with your car.
Honest and Competent mechanics can be hard to find. I had a friend recommend Keesey's Auto Pro Care and I'm glad he did. Rob got me in right away and took care of my failing A/C by the end of the day. The price was reasonable and the service was professional. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for any future service needs. First of all. Rob is the only person I trust with my car. He’s honest, and pays attention to detail. Never pushed you to do unnecessary service and will always lets you know the best course of action. Not to mention, he’s the best human.
