I had my house built 3 years ago they installed brand new tile but they didn't put paper down to protect it therefore construction workers will bring in their dirty boots and dirty stuff and it just stained my floors. The grout was a light light gray and end up looking Brown. I really was skeptical that it can be cleaned but I gave Chris a chance and he did a perfect job.
