i have dealt with keep heating & cooling since march 2007 purchasing a water heater and furnace and air conditioning unit. i chose them because of excellent service they provided for my brother in law. i have been very satisfied with there service and have even been so impressed that i have called the office to complement them on several occasions after they have been here for my semiannual services. their staff, both the service personnel and the office staff have always been friendly and helpful. it is a pleasure to do bus... read more
This is a false claim as Keep Heating and Cooling guarantees all workmanship for 90 days and all parts are guaranteed by the manufacturer for a year.Such a shame people put lies on the web.
K.H that is a false review, my company gives a 90 day warranty on workmanship and 1 year on all parts installed. So you are either a competitor using the web to shoot me down or you just have nothing to do. If you can prove your claims i will double your costs and bring the check to you personally,,,,The things you have to do to keep your image
NOT RECOMMENDED – Don't call them unless you have no other choice or are so wealthy that you don't care where your money goes. Service fee of $40 just to come then $80/hr labor which they continue to charge if they have to leave your house to go for a part. The technician told me that I was 'lucky" my house wasn't too far. Got charged $120.00 for 30 min worth of labor. Funny too, I had just had the furnace serviced by them one month earlier and somehow it needed the same parts which were just "replaced" the previous month(??... read more
