I had a terrible experience here. In two of the three times I went, Richard was on the phone with other people for over 15 minutes, and I was left standing there awkwardly in the halfway of another business with no apology or explanations. After that I decided not to return and they tried to bill my insurance for extra sessions. I do not recommend.
I can't recommend Richard enough. He has decades of experience, and is always helping his clients sort out the junk that is cluttering or minds in order to find the root cause. I would not be where I am today without his help!
I would not recommend Keene Psychotherapy Services. While on my call to potentially be a client, the Therapist on call hung up on me mid-sentence. Not very encouraging when it takes alot of courage to admit you need help!
