I had a car problem that was ultimately covered under my warranty which was great. Considering this I was not expecting my car to be the top priority. I ended up being without my car for 10 days. The repair was great- so far no complaints. My major complaint was the lack of communication. My car was dropped off by a tow truck after hours so I called the following day to make sure it was all set and I didn't need to do anything else.
