Dr Ross is terrible with kids. He shows no patience and when my then 3 year old refused to open his mouth for him, he said the appointment was over and I still owed him for the visit (as if treatment had been done!) He was extremely rude about it, “explaining” to me his assistant needed to be paid, electricity was on etc … I paid the visit in full and never returned. My son was afraid of going to the dentist for years after this.

After being a single mom for 15 years and doing everything for my two sons, time and lack of self attention took its toll on my teeth. I met Dr. Ross at a trade show, and had such a great rapport with him that I decided to go to him for my dentistry. I had a crown placed by Dr. Ross. I was quite distressed by the coloration and also gum bleeding and soreness in the area. When I returned to see Dr. Ross for inquiry, he repeatedly stated "I did nothing wrong". He refused to look at the color of the crown in direct sunlight and seemed to do nothing to investigate the localized gingivitis. He did offer to remake the crown for his lab fees which he stated would be $650.
