Service department is absolutely terrible. Made an appointment over a week ago for squeaking noise and vibration on my brand new ram 2500 showed up to my appointment an hour early to drop it off and let them have it as long as needed, I was told they close at 5:30pm. 5:25pm came around, no call. So I called to see what was up. I was told it’s ready. When I went to go pick up the truck nothing was fixed. No parts were ordered and I was handed a BLANK summary of the mechanics findings.
