Every appointment I'm able to walk in and immediately be seen. I'm always greeted by a smiling receptionist the entire staff are competent and very professional. And yet the atmosphere in the office is pleasant.
Friendly atmosphere, great and timely service, very professional and clean, great prices, Dr Larkin seems very well educated and he's very gentle! Will recommend to all my friends and family.
I had my initial appointment earlier this week followed by a cleaning. Both experiences were great. Dr. Swartz was very friendly and professional, taking the time to explain how the process worked and what was going on with my dental health. The staff were also great. I actually enjoyed having my teeth cleaned.
Because I had an abscess, I came to Dr. Swartz's office yesterday to make an appointment. Instead of an appointment, I was asked to wait a little and he would take care of me, which he did within 20 minutes. Kudos!

The staff and Dr. Swartz were both exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. It was the first time I’d ever experienced having a hygienist speak to me about what exactly (more than just flossing) would help improve my oral hygiene and prevent cavities and pain. I had broken my tooth and they worked me in the day I called. He is always thorough, friendly and helpful. He pulled the remnant of my tooth and filled the other one. I have anxiety in dentist/doctors office but he immediately put me at ease.
Had dental work done by Dr. Swartz, fillings and bonding of lower teeth. He was very thorough and did a great job. Always professional and very patient. Definitely recommend him to others. BTW, hardly felt the numbing injections; very different from previous dentist who nearly killed me!
