The staff is so sweet and helpful! I hate going to the dentist but they make you feel at ease!
My experience was a very good one from the call to make my appointment, greeting when I got there, timely beginning, staff who did X-rays, making me feel at ease (I don’t do doctors well), the assistant who worked with me was very friendly and took time to explain what was happening and what to expect. Doctor Swartz came in ,introduced himself and discussed the procedure. He was very caring and spoke to me in a very calming tone. I had a molar that broke in half out of the blue. Dr Swartz came in and examined me. He then advised that he can actually save the tooth rather than pull it, if I chose to do so. At my age, I want to save all of the teeth I can, so I was very grateful that he didn't just come in and yank it out. I also had an abcess under said tooth so I'll go back for my root canal and crown once it has cleared up! The office staff was very friendly and professional, also!! Thanks, Dr Swartz!
When i started my dental care this year my teeth were really jacked up my front tooth was chipped i had lost teeth over the years because I had no insurance i started to hide my smile. Dr. Swartz was amazing he fixed my broken tooth made me a set of uppers now i can smile again he also has an amazingly talented staff as well..
I have been going to Dr. Swartz for several years. My visits are always prompt and well managed. I've never needed anything other than my regular cleanings, but Dr. Swartz and his entire staff have always been highly professional and I would have no worries if the time comes that I need more dental work done.
