Super expensive rent $1721 ( just for the rent), plus hiden fees about $190 , never can get parking, very noise neighbors, fight 2 -3am , I want to move out from here!
These apartments are great and the staff is super helpful! Like others have mentioned, parking can be an issue, but with the new management, I can see they are making efforts to fix it. They now issue parking permits and guest parking passes. It really seems to help keep out people that aren't supposed to be parking there.
Just moved in but so far it is perfect. There was some rust on a drain during my walk through and they had it replaced within the hour. I've read all the horrible reviews and was nervous about moving in but the staff has been nothing but pleasant and helpful. Will update if needed. *UPDATE* When we moved in we were told the Cabana was free to rent for my daughter's birthday with a $250 deposit now we are being told that it's $100 to use it with the 250$ deposit.
Literally, this is the 4th time we get an e-mail from keelers corner saying our package is at the office, and none of the office staff seems to know what's going on or what happened to it. I understand it's the holiday season and they have over 200 packages to keep track of, but I'm sure that this is not the first time keelers corner has had to work with packages around the holidays.
