This new management group is WORSE than the previous
So incredibly corporate and really inconsiderate with how they handle their policy. This is a new management group that was an immediate down grade in terms of professionalism. I've mostly enjoyed my time here but with all of the terms and hidden fees and increased costs to everything incrementally makes this a really terrible long term option. Security maybe worse. Pretty sure there are a few car prowlers that live in the neighborhood.. its a pretty common occurrence, my car specifically was a target.
Great amenities and reasonable price
We were harassed out of our home here by one of the neighbors. Both their security and sheriff provided proof of the harassment and the manager's solution was for us to move instead of dealing with the situation. Police are regularly in the complex. No background checks on residents income, so it's a great place to be a drug dealer. They don't care how loud you are so you can install a sound system and play it as loud as you want.
