Same experience, as others. Billed out of the blue, no indication of insurance billing, no way to contact. Definitely fishy.
I went to Cedar Sinai by Ambulance from my gym. I was there for 2 hours had tests run and used my Medi-Cal insurance card. 5 wks later I received a bill from Dr James Office for $350.25! I've called Cedars to have this taken off because the state pays for my H.care. Make sure you dont get Dr. K James!!! Beware.
Terrible! Went to the ER at Cedars Sinai in Marina del Rey. They use this pathologist to run tests. Even though he's an in-network doctor, he bills you directly. His billing department never answers the phone. No insurance was processed against my bill so I get a bill that's over $500 and there's no way to contact him to figure this out and get my insurance applied. Cedars isn't any help. AVOID.
Just received a bill from this doctor who I have never been the patient of.
