So unprofessional never answer the phone and when appearing at the hospital no one helps you everyone is on there phone the receptionist on the other side is on the computer on her phone eating when ask to help she gets bother doesn't know what to say and gets mad at me ? I given them an Ihss paper for them to sign and give back it's been 5 months and nothing the social worker is never there I leave constant emails and messages never respond I still haven't gotten the paper they lost the important document so now what I hate... read more
