Sometimes waits are long, but all in all is a pleasant experience.
The wait here is awful. It gets worse and worse with a staff that talks and plays alot and some are very unprofessional. So if you have all day come on to Kedplasma..they will be glad to let you sit here for hours!
I love the staff, however, I’m just about to leave and go to CSL. The wait is HORRIBLE!!! I have been going here for over a year and I had to was there for over 3 hours Thursday night...and there were at least 10 ppl behind me. They need more staff and they need to staff properly. I am going to miss my bonus because I went in to donate today and they were PACKED!!! I will not wait that along again, I will take my business elsewhere.
