Best plasma donation place ever. They are so organized and on point. Their Phlebotomist are great even the ones just learning. They ask for help if they need it. They make you feel so welcome and important. I have been donating plasma for two years now and out of all the places I have been to Kedplasma is the best and the only place that has never missed a vein. Desiree is absolutely the best . So amazing and always makes me so happy . I am always feeling down when I arrive and I leave with the biggest smile on my face. She is such an adorable angel and truly the sweetest. She is always attentive with clear communication and makes you feel respected and heard. Always has a smile on and is always just so a happy and cheerful. My absolute favorite 💜

I've been going to this KED for a few years now and have always had a pretty good experience with the staff here, but for the last few months I’ve interacted with Dessy pretty consistently. Dessy is always professional, friendly, and efficient during the vital check process. She makes the process go smoothly and treats people with respect. I appreciate her positive attitude and the care she shows to donors.

The check in process is always quick and efficient. The employees in the back are always very nice. (Most) of them are so good at what they do it doesn't even hurt when they hook you up to the machine. I come to this location a lot and they remember me so it's kind of like seeing friends instead of strangers. Which is nice as well. Thanks to the team and keep up the good work! You guys are the reason that I keep coming back. Well that and the money lol.
