The staff is really nice and the donation process is simple and efficient. However, this center was bought out and used to be BPL Plasma. Slowly but surely KED has been making changes to the center and the donation fees that make it less desirable to donate. The most egregious being the change from KEDrewards to KEDleague. They sent out a text informing donors of the sunsetting program and to use remaining points by August 31st, 2025. Out of all the places I went to this location is the only center that can find my vein and it’s successful. When I’m really in need of extra cash I greatly appreciate the staff that try’s but also the staff that makes an attempt and it’s successful everyTime. Shout out to mrs. Jessica the floor supervisor and mrs.FAB (Sorry if I spelled the name wrong) FOR DOING A GREAT JOB EVERY-TIME. They are gentle and know my veins..
