I went to donate 2 weeks ago and had TANYA for the second time (she’s now a team lead) . Let me tell you this young lady would ignore your requests. I was almost done donating when the machine started giving warning of OXYGEN flowing into my veins, that’s really dangerous and could kill you. Well instead of disconnecting me she manually started moving some nobs at the top of the machine to keep the blood flowing . She also cut the flow of some tubes with some pressure scissors ✂️. The staff is friendly. There is NEVER soap in the woman’s bathroom! They have a promotion paying $1600 for the small pox immunity. I signed up and they were checking to see if I qualified. They checked my donations and I did qualify yet they told me they moved me into a different campaign and no longer can do the smallpox immunity promotion. They have done this to several people which leads me to believe it’s a lie to get you in the door.
