I would rate this place a 0 This place left my sons arm bruised completely all they could say to themselves was that the manager persons in charge was gonna be very mad at them What about the donor ? This facility accommodates my service animals during each donation visit.
Las instalaciones están muy bien y el personal de recepción es excelente muy amables y atentos. Sin embargo, quienes te conectan se me hace poco profesional o inapropiado que canten y hablen entre ellos mientras te colocan la aguja. (Creo que tienen el suficiente tiempo de hablar o cantar si quieren cuando ya todos estén conectados) Además, creo que debería implementarse un sistema de quejas y sugerencias para mejorar la atención. Espero que tomen esto en cuenta.
Don't donate in KEDPLASMA OF LAREDO TEXAS staff runs over donors without due care in parking lot. And women poking needles on purpose will intention cause pain and hurt donor shovel needle already in place in arm abruptly causing inner damage. Administration ignores donors complains.
