My experience was great and the staff was very nice.
KEDPLASMA is a grest plasma donation center, it's an asset for Bowling Green. The initial appointment is longer for screening but your time will be valued; they let me know right away that they were a little behind and the possible time line. Ongoing donations have been quick. Shout out to the ladies up front, each one of them is sweet and personable. I look forward to visiting with them, truly gems. The compensation is the only downside...they are cheap compared to any other plasma business.
Seemed very busy had a guest that was turned away for not drinking enough water the night before, never herd of that but maybe it had something to do with them knowing one another... idk.
The staff is always helpful and care about the people they serve .
