Avoid at all costs. Worst health care experience I’ve had.
This is a mediocre service. For 2 times, I had a scheduled call with Dr Mary Samplaski. The first time, nobody came and the second time, someone came after 1h of wait. To have an appointment, you leave your phone number and it takes 10 days for them to call you. You don't receive information. For sure, it's healthcare without care. We need to just close this institution. Never go there.
Been a patient of USC Keck for 1 year now. It’s definitely not a world class hospital and facility. Staff is not polished or professional, hard to see doctors, outrageous billing problems. Patient attention is not there. Basic quality of care in nothing highlight. Go to Cedars-Sinai. Never had issues when I was a patient there. Keck gets 2 stars for their overall service.
