As noted by multiple other reviews here, the wait times are consistently unacceptable. You are asked to arrive 20 min before your appointment but I have never been seen within an hour of my scheduled time. Front desk is friendly and the doctors are wonderful. Does not make up for a terrible patient experience and blatant disrespect for your time. Either provide your staff with the support and tools they need to keep up, or schedule fewer patients. DO NOT TRUST DR. JONATHAN SONG! DO NOT TRUST DR. JESSE BERRY! They seem like good doctors, but aren't. They're all smiles and promise you the world only when they know how to help. If you're case is "different" forget about care. They'll string you along just for reputation or for $$$. There's negligence and malpractice going on in this hospital. Attention‼ ️Attention‼ ️Attention‼ ️If it is not necessary, please do not choose the valet here. They will take the coins from your car. My new dog leash was also taken away yesterday. I didn’t pay attention at the time and found it when I got home because I have never been anywhere else. I remember it was a bald man who was about 50 years old. Please be careful and keep your finances safe. I have reported it to the relevant departments of the hospital and hope they can improve it.
