I have been treated by very good doctors here (Dr. Charles Flowers is amazing) I started seeing Dr. Annie Nguyen after Dr. Flowers left. The doctors are good. The huge problem here is the office staff; specifically the staff that handles the authorizations and insurance matters. They lack knowledge, professionalism and competence. They truly give USC Roski Eye Institute a very bad reputation.

Do not get prescriptions here, the lens quality is bad and their partner is horrible at installation, they damaged my frame and refused to take responsibility.
