Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a medical office. I actually never even made it to the office because their scheduling/ receptionist/ consulting process was nearly impossible. I reached out for a consultation with Dr. Adam Charles Frank at the beginning of June and was told it would take 2-3 weeks for someone to call me and schedule an appointment. 1 month went by and nothing, so I called to follow up. Started to cry when NP Jennifer Kim began to explain I’d need more steps to get the care I need. She then stopped speaking and said “it’s nothing to get triggered and emotional about. We will continue when you stop crying.” Which just made me more emotional. At which point she brought in more staff, which made me feel ganged up on and I got more emotional still. I was a patient here when I was 28 and the staff here have great bedside manner. Good place to get the care patients need.

Unbelievable! 2 years ago, my wife, in her 30's and nursing our two year old daughter, to our shock and disbelief, had contracted a very serious case of cancer. I cannot say how impressed and grateful I am that Dr. Burtzo was our Dr. He is so smart, so caring and made himself so available always, to my wife who was struggling for her life.
