Started to cry when NP Jennifer Kim began to explain I’d need more steps to get the care I need. She then stopped speaking and said “it’s nothing to get triggered and emotional about. We will continue when you stop crying.” Which just made me more emotional. At which point she brought in more staff, which made me feel ganged up on and I got more emotional still. Unbelievable! 2 years ago, my wife, in her 30's and nursing our two year old daughter, to our shock and disbelief, had contracted a very serious case of cancer. I cannot say how impressed and grateful I am that Dr. Burtzo was our Dr. He is so smart, so caring and made himself so available always, to my wife who was struggling for her life.
