Was going to take my car to this repair facility through progressive, the front desk personnel was very very very rude, Very demanding & jus awful all around. She spoke to me like I was ignorant. I did take my keys and my car and won’t be returning. I’ve heard the work they do is amazing. But one bad employee can ruin the whole company. Immensely rude in front of OTHER customers to beat it all.
Keatons repaired our 2018 chevy equinox in 2 days great service and staff car looks great
Keaton's took care of our car with a claim through Progressive. They did a great job and made the process very easy and low stress. The rep who works the front desk is so wonderful and the texts updating me and providing the quote were really helpful.
