Overall, yes. We've had 3 vehicles done here. The first 2 were done without any problems. There was a little hiccup with the third one. We were told it was done and we came down to get it, but found out that the windshield had not been replaced yet. It ended up having to stay in the shop an extra day due to not having the windshield in stock. Picking it up today. No worries. From what we saw yesterday, it looked good. Actually, brand new. Let me tell you about my experience with Keatons AutoBody shop... They have had my car for 1 month and 3 weeks!! I have been asking for updates 1000 times and each time they add another couple days then another week. They told me it’s because there was extensive damage. The work on the car actually only took 34 days. A long time, but not an additional 3 weeks... so my insurance company asked for receipts and come to find out it was because they had some of their 16 technicians out on vacation which was the main delay. I had my car detailed by Roger of Keaton's Teays Valley 4th of September. I couldn't believe how my car looked, it was factory fresh. He did an outstanding job, I'm having my van detailed by Roger tomorrow morning. .
