RecommendedEveryone there is super friendly
SCAMMERS!! Went to get an estimate and they would not give an estimate unless I brought the car in to be done first. Then said they would only give a lowball estimate then they would file a supplement check for the difference. They do this so you can’t shop around for the cheapest price. Wanted to charge me $25 for the estimate if I wanted to self pay. This company is shady!!!!

Mr. Alexander, We do apologize for any misunderstanding. When you came into the shop you said that you wanted an estimate but you were not having your car fixed at our shop. We do charge for estimates when customers are not having their vehicles fixed at our shop. If we misunderstood you then we are sorry. We did not say that we would give you a low ball estimate. They did an outstanding job on a recall-related paint job. Even detailed our vehicle - an unexpected bonus! It’s like a new car again!

During the COVID-19 they took all the necessary steps to insure the safety and well being of everyone. Including sanitizing my vehicle before and after. The work on my vehicle was done in a timely manner and could not have asked for a better quality of service. Definitely recommend and I definitely will go back if I need my vehicle fixed. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and kindness during these difficult times.
Took my car to Keaton's Teays Valley after it was damaged. Roger was professional and helpful through the entire experience. Explained the issues and work being done. Great work on the car! Even had it washed and waxed when I picked it up. Thanks Roger!
