We car shopped for over a week, speaking to dozens of sales people, before we met Andrew and Channing. They were so helpful and worked hard to get us what we wanted. They also took the vehicle that we were looking at "off the market" while we traveled to come see it- which was super nice since another dealership sold a vehicle we had been on our way to get. Came here to look for a new SUV, told the owner/manager Jeff multiple times to not run my credit until I made a 100% decision that I was going to buy from there, he agreed. We left and right before closing he ran my credit without my permission. Definitely lost a customer.
After purchasing a vehicle we noticed a big hole on the floorboard that was covered by a floor mat. We made several calls and were told someone would get back with us: No one ever did. Will never purchase another vehicle from this place . No service after the sale. Buyer beware !

I recently purchased a vehicle from Kearneys. We knew what we were looking for and Channing was awesome! The check engine light came on the next day and I told them about it and they had it fixed without any hesitation. I appreciate their service immensely!
My car was totaled and I could not find a car in good condition in my price range. I found the Volvo on Car Gurus, called about it left a message, and Kelly called me back right away. They are very friendly and helpful and even brought the Volvo to me in Lexington. Outstanding service! I highly recommend them! Thank you!
