This attorney is a better salesman than anything. His website is msohelp.com. Looking at that looks as if he has a huge Law Firm. Not the case at all. He splits fees with another attorney and does nothing. The other lady with the complaint is dead on Do Not hire him unless you want a nightmare. He did nothing on a case in 6 and a half years after my father passed away from Asbestos exposure. I am having to file complaints with the Bar association and file suit against him for malpractice. Do not retain Mr. Pat K***** as I have had a business relationship with him since my father was diagnosed with Mesothelioma in 1999. He is great "in the beginning" when you are at prime for getting the most money but quickly moves on to the newer clients because they get him the most money. I can never get anyone to give me information or update me, I have even faxed them the same fax cover sheet showing that I was requesting someone to call me on over 10 occasions just by fax alone which did not include the numerous phone c... read more
Warning! Warning! Stay away from this law firm. He does not have the experience to handle mesothelioma law suite cases, he has to hire outside help from other law firms and will not tell you this up front. He will not keep you up to date as to what is going on with the case. He will not give you a straight answer when you ask him a question, and he will make deals with the companies in the law suite case behind your back and not tell you about them.
