I had a beyond disappointing experience with this provider. From the moment I walked in, she was dismissive and immediately disregarded a condition I have been treated for by another doctor for years. Rather than taking the time to review my history or listen to my concerns, she was abrupt and made me feel unheard. Her approach was not only unprofessional but also rude and inappropriate. Loved coming here and seeing Dr. Ottenbaker. Checked in at the front desk the first time and was in the presence of the doc within moments. Lots going on in this place. Next time I will go there for labs, too.
