I've been going to this clinic for years. I am a patient of Dr. Britt the best doctor in Brookhaven. I wish he still had his own doctors office, because the receptionists at KDMC medical clinic are very rude and should not be working in a medical office if thats how you treat others. I understand everyone has bad days and may be frustrated but being in the medical field you should not take that out on patients nor have them feeling like their health is not important. I found the wait to be not bad at all, and everyone was very nice and professional.
I love my Doctor and the staff is great!
Says business hours are til 5. They stop seeing patients at 4. Just put 4 on the door. They were unprofessional and rude when we pointed out their hours were until 5.
