Kurt did an amazing job inspecting our first home for us! He was very patient and answered any questions we had with detail. Not only that but he took time from his inspection to follow us to different areas of the house and answer questions. He was extremely friendly as well! I'd highly recommend him to anyone!
Had a few concerns with my roof & foundation so I called KDL, and was very pleased. Kurt came out, took a look at both & everything in between & was able to put my concerns to rest. He’s very knowledgeable and even gave me a few tips on some things I can do to prevent some future problems!.. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need!
I had my house inspected today by Kurt the owner of KDL. This guy didn't miss a thing no matter how small or big the problem was , Kurt took the time to explain each and every possible problem. Whether it was so small it may take a small band-aid to fix or big enough to maybe be a deal breaker for me. He would explain what it would take to get it fix . We just purchased our first home and felt very comfortable and confident doing so after having Kurt do our inspection.
