Kurt was phenomenal! He very thoroughly looked at the home we were thinking about buying and came back with lots of things we didn’t see in our walkthrough. He provides pictures, descriptions, and diagrams to help you understand and see everything he has found. We will use him again in the future when the time comes! Extremely nice and personable as well!

Kurt inspected my home I was selling for the buyers and I saw how detailed and thorough his report was and knew I wanted him to do the home I am wanting to buy. He is informative and very helpful explaining what he felt was important and answered my many questions. I would definitely recommend KDL to others!
