Fantastic! Raechel and her staff are true artists. The arrangements at our wedding were perfect. (In addition to artistic genius, they also find time to be great at customer service!)

Having been to many flower shops in my life, this is by far the best one, hands down. Excellent customer service and a very knowledgeable staff. The store itself is also full of neat things you won't find anywhere else. Beautiful arrangements and prices are very reasonable. Simply the best!
KD Floral and Gardens is an amazing place and I can't say thank you enough to their great staff. When I order, they seem to know what my wife wants, even more than I do! My wife has told me before that I should not bother getting her flowers unless they are from KD Floral. Thanks for your amazing service and expertise!

I have always only gone to KD floral but no more! I called to ask about a wrist corsage for my daughter and was told to go to Netzers because you were too busy with Valentines Day. I don't get it?! I know it was probably only a $20 corsage but now I'll be going to Netzers. You told me too and they were more than happy to help me. How long would it have taken you to do that corsage?? I hope it was worth it.

I have purchased flowers from KD Floral since 2001 and they have always been beautiful but 2 weeks ago I ordered a bouquet to have sent to the hospital and was charged $9.99 to have it delivered. I was told it would be delivered with their afternoon delivery. So it wasn't being delivered special. I am hearing that customer service has really gone down hill. I guess I will be going else where for my floral needs.
