This is by far the best shop I have ever been at. The work is SOLID along with the customer service. Adam is a straight no bullshit guy. I didn't get to meet Chris but I have a feeling Chris is the same way. These guys are hard working and ethical. I would recommend anyone to this shop. Thank you Adam and everyone in the shop who worked on my bike. You now have another loyal customer.
Yet another issue after taking my bike to KD Cycles in Surprise AZ. I have had multiple issues with this company all within a year. I am chalking up my losses and walking away. Will never go back again! I took it in because of an engine leak to begin with. They pulled the engine, cleaned it and put her back together. When I got it back I rode her home. This place will have my business and my business only!! I walked in to talk to Adam about an issue I was having with my clutch.... He told me to bring the bike up so he could look at it. He checked it out... Found the problem.... Quick fix and at no charge. This shop is trust worthy.... Dependable and don't have to worry about getting screwed over for them to make an extra buck. Hands down best motorcycle shop experience I've had, only been to 3 in my short time of riding but Adam is great and fair. 100% recommended this shop and they have a customer for life here on the west side. #KDROCKS
