Professional, friendly, informative, fast, and most of all GREAT work. As well as a responsible price. I hvae taken 5 of my bikes to these guys and they ALWAYS come through.
I usually never leave a review and it has been about 6 months. The owner Adam is great. His mechanic Dirk is not. Whenever I was there and Adam was not Dirk was rude. Since I have bought another bike that needed approximately 2 Grand worth of work done which I've had done at another shop. Nothing to do with Adam but I refuse to go to a place where the mechanic is rude to the customers
Great service and workmanship.
Don't waste your money at this shop. Brought my bike in for a front tire, paid a deposit up front. 2 weeks later a wrong tire arrived. Took them another week to get the right tire in. They told me my front wheel bearings needed to be replaced, so I told them to go ahead with the repair. 1000 miles later my wheel bearings are louder than my motor. They must have beat them in with a hammer instead of using a proper installation tool. I guess I will have RideNow fix it.
Recommended⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I took my 2011 Dyna to Adam to fix a couple things and he treated me great. His attention to detail on my bike was amazing!! Even though he knew I was not going to spend $2,000 he still took the time to give everything a look and fix a couple extra items that needed attention. He has earned my business moving forward and I recommend KD Cycles for anyone looking for great work at a reasonable price.
I just picked up my street glide from KD after they got me in to fix my bars on short notice. These guys are solid, excellent service. Took care of my bars and gave the bike a good look over, just don't see service like that anymore. I recommend these guys for all your bike repairs. You'll be highly satisfied.
Took our Road Glide in to have new tires installed. Did not have an appointment. Adam stayed late to get it done same day on top of what looked like a full schedule. Did a great job. New valve stems and perfect balance. Seemed very detail oriented and price very fair. Will definitely go back.
Always have taken care of my CBR600RR. Love this place!
