Stopped in yesterday during travels with a stubborn hex bolt. Dirk said let me see what I can do. Impact didn't help and then he tried a Torx which did it. No charge and I was on my way. Awesome help and customer for life now.

Did great job fixing my 2006 Electra glide ultra classic the bike ran better than new and. He gave me a warranty for the engine and transmission. He rebuilt the whole engine and transmission and I never again had another problem
