I do not recommend KCS Medical Care Center in Newport. While Dr. Su was professional, the clinic itself was frustrating to deal with. Every visit involved long, unnecessary wait times. The final issue that made me leave was a basic request to have my EDD paperwork signed. I was told—after the receptionist spoke with the doctor—that they were “not authorized by law” to sign it.
