This place is disgusting. I have a black Range Rover and they used dirty towels that stink. Little Dave with tats below his eye 👁 and the ignorant staff is so nasty 🤢 and called me all kinds of names because I asked for my truck to be wipes 🧻 down again. Dave had the nerve to call the police 👮♀️ but they did not do anything and saw how they messed up my Range. I will not be back and will let everyone know in the community how HORRIBLE this place is. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH IF YOU WANT A CAR WASH!!!

My car was damaged from their wash— the factory decal that runs along the side of the car literally sprayed off from the machine (you can actually see a spray pattern in the damage). I sent a message to their Facebook page, in addition to calling twice and leaving two voicemails, politely asking if there was any way to resolve this issue and no one even bothered to call back— not even an offer for a refund on the wash. Great results and very reasonable monthly plans.
Just went to this car wash today and had a horrible experience. Didn’t notice it till I got in the car and drove away and once it dried it looked like it wasn’t even cleaned. They do the inside in a matter of seconds. There was still dirt on the matts, crumbs under the seats, the sides of the doors weren’t wiped down. Such a waste of money and now I still need my car cleaned!
I had a horrible experience. Paid $40 for the Overbrook special. And to my dismay the dryers ripped my emblem out. No one attempted to even alert me! I filed an incident report which was over a hour long process. Not counting the police report I had to get. The owner never called (as I was told he would in 24-48 hours) until after I called him twice. He refused to reimburse me for the replacement cost (only $73) and didn't even offer to reimburse me for the car wash. The owner suggested I file a claim with my insurance. That... read more
