Read the poor reviews they are the truth. Bought braiding hair 4 days ago, so happened to be the wrong hair. Came back for exchange, but the same man that sold me the hair acted like he didn't sell me the hair 4 days ago because I had no receipt. A simple exchange could not be completed. My mom was right about this hair shop, and had I not been in a hurry I wouldn't have come here. Spend your money at one of the other hair establishments. Boycott KC1 Beauty, they will never get my business again.
I went into this store on Friday looking for a week I asked the clerk about the wigs being frizzy and she said that people have been trying the wig on so that was why it looked frizzy she got a new one from the back for me and I didn't question her when I got home and opened it up it looked like somebody had been wearing it for 2 weeks I tried to take it back and the guy there said he didn't take wigs back so I'm out $32 because of a lie
