Was excited to come check this place out as I heard good things and was referred by another patient here. I showed up before 9 for my first appointment, filled out all the paperwork work, & have been sitting here for going on a hour and a half now and they only had me do a urine sample but still have me sitting in the lobby. It doesn’t make sense to schedule me a 9 o clock appointment and have me still waiting in the lobby an hour and a half later. Pretty crappy first experience tbh

After years of feeling dismissed by previous primary care doctors, I was honestly very hesitant to try again. I cannot say enough good things about this office and their staff. From the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming, kind, and extremely professional. I brought my daughter in for a blemish on her cheek and she needed her vaccine she’s 4. They did great getting us in right away and giving the vaccine. We were told she was also going to get a referral sent for dermatology and it might take a while, understandable. I waited a good Four weeks plus to call and see how the referral is doing and their receptionist Adriana answered the phone and told me that the referral was pending.
