Worst experience ever. Communication is terrible, workmanship is bad. They had to pull out floors in 3 rooms and reinstall. They sent 3 carpenters to install baseboards. They tried to fix the baseboards with drywall mud, not too sure why. They left trash all over my front yard and the installer was using profanity in my house and my young kids could hear them. These people do a great job at what they do. It’s been almost three years since they did my flooring and carpeting and absolutely no complaints. I recommend them to others
Will post on Yelp for bigger audience but overall, horrible service and customer service. Went in to order a 10.5' ft X 6.5' ft piece of carpet for the top of a theater riser that I had built for my mancave. Was told it would be in the following week Tuesday or Thursday at the latest. Mickie Harper I have used KC Flooring 3 times to put new wood floors in my home. Corey in the Sales Dept was very professional, answered all my questions and concerns, and the installation was exactly what I was told. They are very professional with their installation, arrived exactly when I was told, and cleaned up after all work was completed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about new floors.
I would have given 5 stars but, They were called out for warranty issue with my wood floor they installed. By the way, they did a good job on the floor. Back to the warranty work. The floor is cupping in one spot at my toilet. They came out and looked at it and said it was a plumbing issue. There is no plumbing issue it is a brand new home and they are the ones That removed and reinstalled the toilet when they installed the floor. Other than them trying to get out of the warranty work they do good work.
