I cannot say enough great things about KC Custom Builders. We worked with them over the course of a year on a 600 square foot addition with a new guest room, bathroom and den/office, in addition to remodeling all our floors throughout the whole house, new closets and new trim throughout. Nathan and his entire team - including subs - are transparent, professional, exceptional craftsman and a pleasure to work with. Their entire build process is software enabled, and their project management is exceptional - every day I knew wh... read more

All hardwood floors were upgraded plus new paint was applied to all interior rooms. The exterior of the home was also painted plus a new driveway was upgraded as well. From start to finish the project was managed efficiently, with great communication from Nathan and his Team. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and the project... read more

On top of all that, he is genuinely kind and an absolute p... read more

That level of communication alone set them apart from many other contractors we considered. One of the standout aspects of the process was their use of Buildertrend. Having a centralized place for updates, schedules, selections, and messaging ma... read more
The bathroom remodel was disappointing. The tiles were uneven, grout lines looked messy, and several fixtures were installed incorrectly. The overall finish did not meet expectations. The project took much longer than promised, with frequent delays and poor communication. Costs also increased without clear explanation.
