We are one of many Kansas City barbeque restaurants around the city but unlike most we still serve barbeque in that true KC tradition. And by Kansas City tradition we simply mean that we are preparing our barbeque and food products today as it has been done in the midwest for over 100 years! Overall, simplicity is the key word in our operation. To this day, the atmosphere and cooking methods have virtually remained unchanged, evoking a pleasant step back in time and memories of fantastic BBQ.

Love the ribs! And the brisket. And the sliders. And the pies. Okay, there is nothing that we don't like. Amazing food. The employees are great! Love to see their smiles when we walk through the door. Can't wait for dine in again!
With one other customer there, wonders why it took 15 minutes to get my order. Awesome BBQ- but for for $12 expected more bang for the buck.

Ribs literally fell off the bone and were tender and juicy. The bbq beans were excellent as was the Cajun potato salad. The mild and hot bbq sauces were perfectly paired with the ribs. I will certainly be back again
