Beware this place I'm pretty sure is a scam to get as many APPLACATION fees they can for each property.. 2 weeks of them saying they are running verifications all to the end saying final step was viewing and run credit.. had appointment to view the next day then get a call to say I'm denied for a eviction that only shows up when kbs runs it.. after $175 In app fees And now 1 week left to be out of my current home Denied even with a cosigner...
They have been in business for over 30 years. Keith Spurlock is the broker, Brian does a lot of the property management. They have a lot of properties that no one else would take and do a really good job.
I have rented a property from them for over a year. They are timely in making repairs, and I have no complaints as of yet.
When I rented from them I was happy to rent from kbs
professional company ran very well! makes you feel like family. All properties are well maintained and safe.
