Micheal with KBS was able to come out same day. Great customer service and got the job done quickly and provide info on suggested services.
Recently had another heating and cooling company come out for a routine (bi-annual) check of my system. Long story short they said I needed a new system (for over $16k). My new next door neighbor (JT) happens to work for KBS so I asked him to take a look. Bottom line, I don’t need a new system at and while my system isn’t perfect, it still has a lot of life left in it. I am switching my service to KBS and look forward to the fine service that is referenced in the review I have read!
I called KBS for my AC issues Sunday morning, and 2 hrs later, Mike showed up. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He fixed the problem and advised me on pre maintenance. I'll always use KBS services for prompt response, and the technicians professionalism.
