I had a service technician come out for an issue I was having with my AC. The repair tech was very polite and professional. He was thorough with his diagnose of the problem. The issue was repaired. I comfortably recommend this company.

We had a problem with our 27 year old heating system. This is the first time we have had with the unit. One of the fans went out while we were out of town. Called KBS this am (11/10/25) Michael was hear this pm diagnosed our problem quickly and parts will be here tomorrow installation on Wednesday, Thanks Michael and KBS for GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!

When the men get here, they’re very polite and professional. They checked out the whole system. Let me know what was going on. He cleaned up and what else can you ask for.
