Michael arrived right on schedule and quickly and efficiently completed the checkup on both heat pumps and also showed me the new, improved filters he was installing. Very professional as have been all we've experienced with KBS so far.

KBS went above and beyond to help me with my a/c, I had the unit installed 2 years ago and found that my system had a leak. They spent so much time making sure everything was working properly. They were able to determine where the leak was and fix it in a timely manner. As a technician myself, I have to say they were diligent and so caring.
