We ordered and paid, $341.29, for flooring on October 17, 2022. We are installing ourselves so only bought the flooring and were scheduled to pick it up approximately two weeks later. We received on phone calls regarding the status and when we called after the scheduled delivery date we were told another 10 days to 2 weeks. Since then we have heard nothing from anyone in the company. Gave Keith K***** a deposit of $7900 for kitchen remodel over a month ago. He has been dodging calls and has not paid for materials. I have requested a phone call to see what is going on both on his personal cell phone and at shop but have not heard back. Payment was made last week of August and no contact at all with promise that kitchen would be done before October 1st. It is now October 19th and still have no idea if I was ripped off but it sure feels like it.
