Who taught these guys to build? If you're thinking of buying a house that this company had even just a partial involvement in I would strongly recommend hiring a qualified inspector not associated with this company to do a thorough inspection from top to bottom

KB Ridgeview- Our lights blink in the whole house since we moved in late November, and so does another neighbor. They have never fixed it and sent electricians over three times. Our fire sprinkler pump has been leaking in the garage. KB had us sign a fraudulent map in our buyer's package that did not disclose that the neighbor who is approx. 40' below owned the land behind us. Their Oak Creek development in Escondido, CA has destroyed a once quiet rural neighborhood with 65 Rancho Bernardo style tract houses in a gated community. Cutting down numerous old growth oak trees for the development. Building on polluted land and lying to the existing residents. Please research Chattum Barrel Yard if you're thinking about buying here. Additionally it has been over 4 and a half years for them to widen less than a half mile stretch of Felicita rd.
