KB Ridgeview- Our lights blink in the whole house since we moved in late November, and so does another neighbor. They have never fixed it and sent electricians over three times. Our fire sprinkler pump has been leaking in the garage. KB had us sign a fraudulent map in our buyer's package that did not disclose that the neighbor who is approx. 40' below owned the land behind us. Cutting down numerous old growth oak trees for the development. Building on polluted land and lying to the existing residents.
